Prince McClinton

Craft + Commerce 2020

Prince McClinton got into video after being inspired by Bam Margera’s CKY, and started a video production company focused on brand and corporate video. At the same time, he started making money creating art and landed on the idea for The Art of Visuals.

In this Q&A with ConvertKit COO Barrett Brooks, Prince shares how he’s been able to harness the power of visual storytelling and Instagram to bring people together.

Prince McClinton

Prince McClinton is an artist, adventurer, and entrepreneur who has spent the last 8 years of his life creating content, capturing the beauty around him, creating various blogs, communities, and podcast.

Today he is the founder of Art of Visuals, a globally recognized media company behind one of the world’s largest creative communities on social media. More than 1 million people in 120 countries turn to them on Instagram and Facebook to be visually inspired by the world around them. They work with some of the world’s best brands, governments, destination marketing organizations, and charities to help them generate a return on digital media through “social-first” content and visual storytelling. They help these brands become more relevant by telling their story to a targeted audience in the right setting.

When Prince is not working, he’s spending time outdoors adventuring, is at home creating some type of art, or fantasizing about the band he’s going to start one day even though he doesn’t play an instrument.
