We’ll have a mini board game library with our favorite easy-to-learn board games — many of which can accommodate higher player counts. (You can see the collection of games we’ll have available on our Facebook event listing.)

Once we’ve got everyone gathered, we’ll put our heads together to choose the game(s) that will work best for the size and interests of the group.

At least one of us already knows how to play everything we’ll have in hand, so we’re happy to teach anything people are interested to try!

Biohack Your Biz Meetup – Simple self care habits for a more efficient work day

Hosted by: Carly Banks

Contact: carly@thehabit.net

When: 06/10/2019 at 10:00 am

Where: On the grass at JUMP – hwy 20 at 9th st.

What to expect:

Are you burning the candle at both ends to make your business work?
As entrepreneurs we often default to putting the business before everything else, including our health.

Trouble with that is, the way you show up in your business is a direct reflection of your mental state and energy levels.
How can we create a thriving business if we are not thriving?

Through study in Biohacking, Chronobiology and the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, Carly Banks of The Habit Ayurvedic Wellness creates simple self-care first strategies to provide yourself restful sleep, mental clarity, and the consistent energy levels you want in order to reach your goals in your business, in a way that feels totally doable.

Join this meetup and create your own daily self-care first strategy, using simple habits that take no longer than 90 seconds. No more putting yourself on the back burner. A few minutes of taking care of you, will have you showing up for your business the way you’ve been wanting to… but have been too tired (or unmotivated, or distracted, or lazy) to.

Hobbies/Passions/Interests Show-and-Tell (i.e. show us something you love that’s unrelated to your business!)

Just come prepared to talk about anything you’re interested in – with a visual aide, which could be a book, trinket, tool, or any other object related to your passion.

We’ll be talking about business and growth all weekend long. Let’s take an hour and just talk about things that we do simply for the love of the game!
